You may only return an unread book in its original condition if the return is a result of our error (you received a defective book, etc.).  For a refund, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order at the following email address:  sales@highstreetmedia.ca.  We will provide you with shipping instructions.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
