Don't Get Sucked In to Junk Food
Processed food is crap. It will make you fat and sick.
Why does processed food exist? To make money for food manufacturers. It's not about your good health and well-being.
You're in the driver's seat. Take control. Don't let junk food rob you of a long healthy life!
Take the Junk Out of Junk Food
The junk in junk food includes:
- sugar
- starch
- salt
- fats
- high carbohydrates
- chemicals
- additives
- processed ingredients
- fake food
Not only is junk food bad for you, it also:
- contaminates the environment
- increases health care costs
- takes money out of your local economy
- harms food sustainability in your local community
Do you really want to eat this crap? Do you want your children to eat it?
Take Out The Bad Stuff
Okay. So you've decided to take The Bad Stuff out of your diet. Here's what to cut back on big time:
- junk food
- factory food
- processed food
Don't let them brainwash you into eating crap. It'll kill you.
Instead, take out The Bad Stuff and put in The Right Stuff for life!
Put in The Good Stuff
Now that you've taken The Bad Stuff out of your diet, it's time to put in The Good Stuff. Here's what to eat:
- fresh raw veggies and fruit
- free-range eggs and poultry
- wild fish and seafood
- lean meats
- raw unsalted nuts and seeds
- fresh water
- black, green, or herbal teas (without sugar)
So take the crap out of your diet. Eat the good stuff -- the fresh whole food your body needs. It's The Right Stuff! You'll lose weight and gain health.
Eat Junk Or Eat Food
Now it's up to you. What's it going to be?
Eat Junk = fat and sick
Eat The Right Stuff = lean and healthy
