We must act now to turn back the clock and reverse the damage the typical modern diet is doing to our weight, our health, and our well-being.

We must return to our natural diet. Nature has it all figured out for us.

There is nothing complicated about what we should eat.

We do not need to engage in endless weighing and measuring of foods or calorie counting.

All we have to do is follow nature’s plan.

By consuming reasonable amounts of the foods nature provided for us, eating right becomes simple and enjoyable.
